What is the AJJA
The Australian Ju Jitsu Association (AJJA) is a body whose charter is to promote the study and practice of Ju Jutsu, in all its forms, throughout Australia and the world.
The AJJA has strong links with the World Ju Jitsu Federation, and with more than 100 member schools, has in excess of 3,000 registered members Australia-wide.
The Australian Ju Jitsu Association (AJJA) hosts a number of Ju Jutsu seminars throughout the year, delivered by a variety of practitioners from interstate and overseas. The AJJA President, John Beckman 6th Dan, presides over the National Seminar, held annually.
The Senior Dan Group (SDG) of the AJJA holds 4 topical seminars throughout the year, with 2 senior grade training sessions per year.
AJJA seminars are open to all martial artists.
The AJJA conducts a number of tournaments & competitions through the year, and all registered members are eligible to participate.
