Shihan
Harry Baker
Shihan
Harry J. Baker, 7th Dan, studied Ju Jutsu under Prof. WC Brown, 12th Dan
(deceased). Prof. Brown was one of the first non-Japanese to ever be graded to
12th Dan Great Grand Master.
Shihan Baker lives on the South Coast of New South Wales, where he practices acupuncture & homeopathy from his clinic, specialising in sports injuries & pain management.
Shihan Baker, is extremely practical when it comes to Ju Jutsu. He does not believe in competition for points, although he has been called upon to judge several major tournaments. In his teachings, he focuses not on winning the encounter, but surviving it. He believes that the principles of Ju Jutsu apply equally as well to one-on-one situations as they do to 10,000-a-side military battles.
Shihan Baker restricts his teaching to students of the Earth School of Ju Jutsu.

Master
Graham Seach
Specialising
in high-level weapons defence, mob/mass attacks, & covert evasive
self-defence, Master Seach is now recognised as one of Australia's finest Ju
Jutsu Masters. As a 6th Dan Ju Jutsu Master, having Black Belts in Taekwon-do,
Karate & Judo, Master Seach is increasingly in demand for his specialty
courses & training programs.
Commencing his martial arts training at age 12, Master Seach has dedicated more than 35 years to the study of the martial arts. Studying under the reknowned Ju Jutsu High Master Harry J Baker for more than 20 years, Master Seach has developed skills which place him in demand by martial artists of all styles.
This quietly-spoken man has mastered a number of specialised skills, including Jujutsu, sword, spear, knife, baton, aikijutsu, judo, karatejutsu, grappling, etc. In his training & teaching, Master Seach focusses on the principles of Ju Jutsu - Safety, Balance, Control & Awareness, & operates under the guiding principle of "Give Way to Conquer".
"The principles are the rules & nuances of human encounter & interaction. They are akin to, & based upon, human psychology & behavioural science. Instead of learning techniques, the principles allow the practitioner to dynamically create techniques on-the-fly." Master Seach is often called upon at seminars & workshops to demonstrate techniques for situations where other sensei have no solution.
Master Seach has taught military, police & security personnel over the years, & is also a part-time researcher & lecturer in occupational violence management. He has authored several instructional papers on self-defence, including "Advanced Self-Defence", "Advanced Batons" & "Occupational Violence: The Case for Self-Defence". He is currently working on a definitive book on Mob Attacks. He was also invited to submit a paper on Officer Survival to the New South Wales Police Association's investigation into occupational violence, Task Force Alpha.

applications from the general public. He regards his introduction
to Shihan Baker, Renshi Seach and the art of Ju Jutsu in 1990 as a personal turning point.

In addition to his practice of Ju Jutsu, Master Yueh is a practitioner of western herbal medicine, an accredited Remedial Therapist and a Reiki Master/Teacher. Master Yueh also holds a nationally recognised qualification in assessment & training and will shortly establish a branch of the Earth School in Tasmania.
